Who We Are

Silver Oak Natural Resources is a privately held oil and gas company focused on the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of energy assets across the lower 48.

Founded in 2016, we’ve built a track record of securing high-value positions in core basins including New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia.

Through partnerships with public companies, private equity, and family offices, Silver Oak has helped develop more than $250MM in premium assets through a focused and disciplined approach.

Leadership

Silver Oak’s leadership brings a combined decades-long track record across oil and gas land, minerals, and business development. Prior experience includes deploying over $400 million across 400+ mineral and royalty transactions in multiple U.S. basins, with a focus on disciplined underwriting, basin expertise, and long-term value creation.

Team members have held key roles at leading operators and private energy firms, with deep experience in originations, title, negotiations, and land management across both conventional and unconventional plays. This collective background provides the foundation for Silver Oak’s analytical approach to evaluation, acquisition, and portfolio management.
